These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Launcher by Udyami.com ("Launcher", "we", "us"), including the website and services at launcher.udyami.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Launcher helps you start and run a business — generating business ideas and names, checking domains and social handles, creating and publishing a website, designing logos, and preparing business plans and project reports. Some features use AI to generate content and may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload ("Your Content").
You grant us the permissions needed to host, process, and display Your Content in order to provide the Service (including publishing a website when you choose to).
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it, and that it is lawful.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: break the law; infringe others' rights; publish harmful, misleading, or offensive material; impersonate others; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or misuse the AI features to generate prohibited content.

5. AI-generated content

AI-generated ideas, text, logos, plans, and financial figures are provided for your assistance and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are not professional, legal, or financial advice. Please review and verify all outputs — especially financial projections in project reports — before relying on or submitting them.

6. Publishing & domains

You may publish a website to a free subdomain we provide. Connecting your own domain may be a paid add-on and is subject to availability. You are responsible for the content of any site you publish.

7. Plans, quotas & payments

Some features and usage limits depend on your plan or role. Paid features, where offered, are subject to the pricing shown at purchase. We may adjust plans, quotas, and features from time to time.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified or discontinued.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
