This Privacy Policy explains how Launcher by Udyami.com ("Launcher", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services (the "Service"), including at launcher.udyami.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account information (Google Sign-In). When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.
- Business content you create. Business names, ideas, generated websites, logos, business plans, project reports, and any documents you upload.
- Contact details you provide. Phone / WhatsApp number and other details you choose to add, along with your consent to be contacted.
- Support communications. Messages you send us through support tickets.
- Usage information. Basic, aggregate usage such as searches performed and features used, to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain your account and the Service.
- To generate and store the content you request (websites, plans, reports, logos, documents).
- To publish your website to a subdomain or connected domain at your request.
- To respond to your support requests and, with your consent, to contact you about your business and product updates.
- To secure the Service and prevent abuse.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that host and power the Service (for example, cloud hosting and AI providers used to generate content), strictly to operate the Service.
- Public content that you deliberately publish (such as a website you choose to make live).
- Legal requirements where disclosure is required by law.
4. Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the basic openid, email, and profile scopes, used solely to sign you in and identify your account. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not transfer it except as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below), after which we remove it, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your choices & rights
- Access, update, or delete the content in your account.
- Withdraw contact consent at any time.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data by raising a request in the Help section of the app.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
8. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
